Before you book
Booking policy.
Please read this before booking. You'll need to agree to it to confirm an appointment.
Deposit secures your slot. Every booking needs a ₦5,000 deposit by OPay transfer. Your appointment is confirmed only after Joy has verified it.
Opening hours. Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Closed on Sundays. Same-day bookings are welcome when a time is free.
Be on time. If you're running late, message Joy so she can tell you whether your full service can still be done.
Cancelling or rescheduling. Let Joy know as early as possible. Deposits are not refunded automatically. Whether a deposit is returned or moved to a new date is up to Joy.
Home service. Give your full address and make sure someone is home at the booked time.
Balance. The deposit counts towards your total. The rest is paid to Joy as arranged for your appointment.
You've agreed to the booking policy. You're ready to book.

What are your opening hours?
Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Closed on Sundays.
Do you accept same-day bookings?
Yes. Any time still open today shows up in the booking calendar. Times that have already passed are hidden automatically.
Can I book multiple services?
Yes — for example Gel Medium + Soak Off, or Acrylic Long + Refill & Design. Your total is calculated automatically while you book.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes. A ₦5,000 deposit secures your appointment. Your booking is confirmed once Joy has verified the payment.
How do I pay the deposit?
Transfer the deposit to OPay · 7046387251 · Andrew Joy Loveth, then upload your payment screenshot in the last step of booking.
Can I upload an inspiration image?
Yes, and it's optional. You can add a photo of the style you'd like while booking, so Joy can see exactly what you have in mind.
Can I reschedule?
Yes. Message Joy as early as you can and she'll move you to another available time. See the Rescheduling Policy.
Where are you located?
Ayekale beside Eskay Gas, Osogbo, Osun State. Home service is also available.
